A finished image has been developed with contrast, white balance, exposure, etc., and put through a basic level of photoshop that includes minor blemish removal, eye sharpening, and minor shaping.
Some people need a bit more attention on their pictures to achieve the desired look. Those images take 5-6x longer to edit and have a higher price.
